Delivering a simple, transparent credit product
There are millions of Americans with imperfect credit, who have a hard time qualifying for mainstream credit products. When they need to borrow money, they are forced to use pawn shops, payday loans, or other very expensive forms of credit. They feel disrespected by these lenders, who charge them exorbitant fees, use false promises, and talk down to their borrowers, if they miss a payment.
We built a brand based on three ideas: simplicity, transparency, and no-judgement. From the first impression, customers knew that they would be accepted for a loan, the experience would be simple, and they would know exactly how much the loan would cost, before they signed the paperwork.
